Why Jackson Hole or Teton Valley?

There are numerous reasons that people move from all of the country to the Jackson Hole area.  There is an abundance of outdoor activities everywhere you look from touring through Yellowstone National Park to Grand Teton National Park.  There are countless hikes, mountain lakes, fly-fishing, scenic and wildlife opportunities.  There are also a growing number of golf course communities in and around the Jackson area.  In the winter, Jackson Hole Ski Resort, Snow King and Grand Targhee offer a variety of skiing experiences for you and your family.

For some, Wyoming’s generous zero income tax is reason enough to relocate.

In Teton Valley Idaho, known as the quiet side of the Tetons, you can enjoy real estate that is near Jackson at nowhere near the price.  Hiking, fly-fishing, skiing, biking and other outdoor activities are abundant.

On both sides of the pass you can enjoy numerous musical events and entertainment, festivals and more all in a relaxed lifestyle.
